What to Expect
Everything you need to know about your gems — how long they last,
what's covered, and how to keep them sparkling.
Process & Longevity
Tooth gems are applied with a process that is completely dental safe,
using all dental grade products and adhesives.
Tooth gems are meant to last 2 weeks at a minimum but usually stay
on for at least a month. Depending on size, placement, and a client's
individual habits, gems can last anywhere between 1 and 6 months
(sometimes longer!).
Aftercare & Removal
During the first 24 hours after receiving tooth gems, be gentle when
brushing teeth and avoid eating hard foods and candy. These are foods
that may apply pressure to areas with gems, like apples, chewy candy,
and crusty breads. Additionally, during the first 12 hours try to avoid
acidic foods and beverages.
To make gems last longer, continue to brush teeth more gently around
areas with gems and avoid using electric toothbrushes.
Tooth gems should fall off on their own. Since they are made of
Swarovski, they are non-toxic and safe to swallow.
To remove tooth gems sooner, visit a dental professional. Removal will not cause any damage to the tooth or enamel.
